Project details
This project was built in Minneapolis, MN by Fortune Fish & Groumet. Fortune Fish & Gourmet is one of the Midwest's premier fresh and frozen seafood processors servicing Michelin Star restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores. Coastal Seafoods was turned into retail space from what was originally warehouse space.
My role on this project started in the Design Development phase. I developed the design with a senior store designer until the final floor plan was finished. After we finished the design layout, I completed all of the necessary floor plans. Along with the architectural plans, I was tasked with drawing Mechanical , Electrical and Plumbing plans.

Results
The project was a great success. The project was completed on time, and the client was very satisfied with the final result. The design plan was executed effectively, and the resulting space has exceeded expectations.
